Tess is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy, which makes her perceptive to your body’s issues. She notices all the nuances of how your body moves and is prepared to make adjustments that work best to advance you in your workouts. Tess is also a dancer, and with a dance background and an active adult myself, I believe this further provides her with the tools to understand and adjust for your body’s issues and capabilities.
She has an easy-going and considerate demeanor and stays focused on your workout throughout the duration.
Tess works you out with the intensity you ask and the intensity she knows you can handle. You will see and feel the results within a few sessions. Be prepared to sweat!
Tess is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She is knowledgeable and truly demonstrates a passion for teaching. She is not afraid to correct your movement while motivating you to improve. I have found a new appreciation for Pilates due to her passion.
